How the fee works

• One topic = one legal question. Supporting facts and sub-points of the same issue are included. An automatic scope check asks you to narrow requests that contain more than one question — before you pay.
• Several topics at once. Submit a separate request for each topic; they are researched in parallel. Cancel an unpaid request any time.
• No double charges. Each request can be paid once; retries and delays never create a second charge.
• Refunds. If research can’t be completed or finds nothing on point, contact us and we’ll review it.
